- Company is a software company founded in 1994 in Bursa to provide "Smart Factory Solutions." In 2007, it packaged the "CoralReef" Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution as a product. In 2008, it began R&D activities at Ulutek Technopark and acquired the trademark rights for "Smart Factory," "Smart Enterprise," and "Smart Hospital." In 2012, it developed the "ManageMind" Business Process Management (BPM) solution for production and service enterprises. In 2013, it established a dealer network, expanding its sales channel across Turkey. In 2018, it earned the status of an R&D Center. In 2020, it started artificial intelligence studies and established the Artificial Intelligence Department in 2023, developing the CoralCare+ AI Predictive Maintenance and ManageSQL Intelligent Query Management products. The company successfully passed the EYDEP Program audits conducted by the Defense Industry Agency in 2020 and 2023, receiving a B-level certificate in the "Original Product and R&D Studies (ES-301)" category and was awarded the "Highest EYDEP Score Software Company" in 2023
