1. Cork stoppers for medical purposes
- Made from high-quality solid cork material.
- Undergoes a thorough washing and meticulous sorting process before manufacturing.
- Pores are filled after the punching process, followed by sanding for a very smooth surface.
Must meet medical industry standards.
- Available in packaging sizes of 100 or 1,000 pieces per bag.
2. Sealing cork stoppers
- Composed of larger, pressed cork particles.
- Quality level should be comparable to genuine champagne corks.
- Must provide a perfect seal and excellent flexibility.
- Designed for durability to ensure reuse.
- Should be a cost-effective and decorative solution for permanently sealing glasses and bottles.
- Ideal particle size: up to 6 × 6 mm.
3. Acclumerated cork stoppers
- Manufactured with a very fine particle structure for a uniform surface and high quality.
- Produced using an advanced pressing technique.
- Undergoes a drying process at 121°C to ensure sterilization.
- Must be vacuum-sealed with low residual moisture to eliminate external influences and maintain consistent quality.
- Ideal particle size: up to 3 × 3 mm.
