A manufacturer of interior cabinet furniture and interior elements is looking for furniture wholesalers, chain stores, furniture “private label” design companies, construction companies or real estate developers, specific furniture designers, furnishing project companies, furniture buyers for hotels, ships, offices.
The company was founded in 1995 and produces furniture for kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms and bedrooms, as well as interior elements (window sills, staircase elements, etc.) and provides individual furniture production for commercial projects - hotels, shops, offices. More than 90% of the production is exported to the Netherlands, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland.
Company offers manufacturing service for customer brand kitchen and bathroom furniture, chests of drawers and TV furniture, wardrobes, bedroom furniture, kid's furniture.
Company profile
• Main service white/private label living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen furniture manufacturer. We do not have own final design furniture, we work on customers visualizations, drawings, technical files.
• Quality procedures in larger series furniture manufacturing - prototyping, test assembling during manufacturing stages.
• Furniture materials - all modern board panel materials (MDF, MFC, laminate, melamine, plywood, veneered boards, can press HPL on different core materials), incorporation possibilities with solid wood components, metal elements, glass, lightnings, plastics.
• Production capacity 9 CNC machines for wide amplitude of work load. Manually work tops for individual performance.
• Edge banding with AirTec technology for high quality edging.
• Finishing variations (coloring, oiling, varnishing) manually for smaller items and automatic painting line for larger scale.
• Provide partially or fully assembled furniture for customers. Assembling service in the site could be possible (depends on expenses and the work load). Assembling instruction design for KD.
• Professional, experienced technical designers team, working language - English. Professionals in Solid Work program, Sketchup, AutoCad.
