The Croatian company has 30 years of experience in software development. Its software solutions include ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for production companies and Smart City solutions for the public sector. The company also uses Artificial Intelligence to add value to its products. For example, it uses Artificial Intelligence algorithms in production quality control. In Smart City solutions, Artificial Intelligence algorithms are used to detect road damages, potholes, manholes, public lighting, etc., as well as in recognising car plates and measuring traffic at locations of interest and on ports (entrances and exits).
Urban Assistant or Business Expert Assistant (BEA) is an Artificial Intelligence communication platform (Artificial Intelligence chat assistant) that answers user's questions. The applications of this platform are multiple: websites of cities, counties and municipalities. It can also be used for political campaigns, tourist boards, utility sector, web-shops, train and bus stations, airports, post offices, ministries, state institutions, etc.
For the purposes of answering user questions for the topic to be addressed, user's data stored in a local database is used. This controls which questions the chat assistant can answer, which enables complete control that the chat works only for the thematic areas that want to be addressed and prevents the use of the chat for the wrong purposes.
