Innovative SME from Szczecin (Western Pomerania) offers precise bending, welding and metalworking, tailored to the needs of its partners.
The company offers:
- laser processing - sheet thickness from 0.5 mm to 12 mm; carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum; laser cutting with an accuracy of +_0.025 mm; sheet format: 3000 mm x 1500 mm;
- welding and grinding - MIG/MAG, TIG; grinding to obtain invisible welds and joints;
- strength tests and dimensional control of finished elements;
- bending on press brakes - bending length up to 2500 mm, material thickness up to 10 mm, bending precision with an accuracy of +_0.2 mm, which ensures repeatability and excellent geometry of elements, the possibility of bending complex shapes with multiple bends;
- powder coating according to the RAL, NCS palette and decorative colors, sandblasting and galvanizing;
- creation of full technical documentation with details, drawings adapted to customer requirements, various file formats compliant with the requirements of CNC machines.
