The Italian company has been established in 2022, after several experiences of the founders in the mentoring industry. The business supports companies in the creation and execution of customized mentoring programs. The end goal is to improve talent engagement and retention during this period of great resignations by fostering employees’ personal and professional development via customized and one-to-one mentoring programs. The company is specialized in offering soft skills’ mentoring services to the younger generations of employees, targeting GenZ to Millennials workers, with a developmental mentoring approach. The network of mentors has been growing fast, reaching more than 100 professionals in a few months; meanwhile, the company has raised a couple of investment rounds to accelerate the development of new features for its software and support international expansion. In terms of international cooperation, the company has already developed global mentoring programs thanks to the relationship with a multinational client company and signed a few partnerships with international associations to promote mentoring services across Europe.
