• Sheet laser CNC cutting;
•Plate bending (up to 400 t)
• Profile sawing
• CNC vertical milling – small to medium size
• CNC horizontal milling - medium size (up to 3 tons)
• CNC turning
• Conventional turning – length up to 4000 mm
• MIG, TIG welding (incl. MIG welding on robotic cell)
• Sandblasting and wet painting
In co-operation with long-term partners company offers:
• 3D tube bending,
• profile 3D laser cutting,
• powder coating,
• hot dip galvanizing,
• electrocoating.
Company is specializing in production of single to medium-sized batch parts, typical batch size is 5 – 50 pcs. The SME is on market over 20 years, co-operates on long-term level with Customers from Norway and Germany which are well-known in their specific business areas. - Advantages and Innovations

An experienced team develops the most efficient technological process for each type of product, depending on its complexity, Customer’s requirements, scale of production. All the most important stages are provided in-house, starting from raw material cutting and ending with surface finish. Companies CNC machining capabilities allows to machine welded assemblies where high accuracy is required. Comprehensive wet painting process based on many years of experience gives outstanding visual appearance of ready products and long-lasting corrosion protection. It includes:
• Blasting (steel grit)
• Levelling with epoxy filler (if required)
• Priming
• Fine sanding of primer (if required)
• Top coating
• Lacquering (if required)
Company is working with all kinds of modern paint systems, following painting formulas required by Customer or offering suitable system by our experience. Company is always following Customer’ s needs and develops own technological capacities and capabilities. Company is ready for Customer-related investments linked to long-term co-operation options.
