The company was established in 2002 as a part of Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK. The company is specializing in production of metal parts for white appliances, automotive, construction, parts of fire extinguishers and lawn mowers.
The company offers complex all grades steel processing – hot and cold forming:
- stamping
- laser cutting
- welding
- bending
- powder painting
The main components of the company’s offer:
1. large and medium-series manufacture of die-cut, bent and deep-pressed parts;
2. laser cutting to all kinds of materials on the highest technological advanced machines;
3. steel bending service using a high-tech brake press according the parameters like bending accuracy ± 0.05 mm, bending line length – 3100 mm, maximum force – 160 tons;
4. services using the most modern bending pipe benders guaranteeing the performance of complex shapes, according to the documentation received from the client;
5. powder coating of metal parts;
6. cutting services of the sheets by formatting and laser cutting;
7. steel welding services by using MIG, MAG and TIG methods (with shielding gas);
8. pressure welding.
The company has own modern machinery park included heavy presses, laser, hydraulic press brake, paint shop, cut lines, spot welding.
