- A producer of noodles from Poland who is manufacturing all kinds of noodles, made an innovative product which is low glicemic index pasta. The product was developed together with a research university from Poland, tested and produced. The pasta has got yellow colour, the GI (glicemic index) is 38, it tastes like a traditional pasta. It can be produced in various shapes and packages depending on the needs of final customers. The Polish company which was set up in 1995, has got 130 employees, and is one of top 5 producers of pasta in Poland is looking for foreign distributors.
