The site is situated just 10 km away from the Craiova City - the capital of Dolj County and has the main access from a European road.
The industrial space is suitable for production or logistics activities. The construction is in good condition and the land on which it is located has an area of approximately 1000 sqm. The construction is divided as follows: headquarters, warehouse, production hall, storeroom, space for the heating plant along with another dedicated storeroom. There is also a water tank for running water supply at the location. However, the utilities – water, electricity, thermal energy – hot water are available in the area, being brought up to the main entrance. The building can be connected immediately.
In the past, activities like varnish and paint production, chrome plating, and galvanizing were conducted on-site. Additionally, there was a tailoring and printing house. The space remains versatile, suitable for a range of activities, such as selective recycling, car repair workshops, or other manufacturing operations, among other potential uses.
