A Slovenian institute specializing in art, music and innovation is seeking an Italian partner (music association, cultural institute, or relevant organization) to jointly apply for the CREA-CULT-2025-COOP-1 call under the Creative Europe Programme. The institute focuses on fostering artistic collaboration, music innovation (innovative concerts and festivals, art performances) and the integration of digital tools into the cultural sector.
Project Objectives
The proposed project will address one of the two main priorities of the call:
Transnational Creativity and Circulation
Enhancing mobility and collaboration of musicians and artists across Europe.
Supporting co-productions and international artistic partnerships.
Promoting sustainable practices in cultural events.
Innovation in the Cultural Sector
Increasing digitalization in artistic creation (hybrid concerts, interactive performances).
Exploring new business models for artistic organizations.
Connecting music and arts with mental health, accessibility, and social sustainability.
Role of the Italian Partner
The institute seeks an Italian partner with experience in:
Organizing music events, festivals, and artistic performances.
Supporting artist mobility and international collaboration.
Fostering capacity-building and mentoring for artists.
The partner will be involved in co-organizing events (concerts etc.) and project activities, artistic programming, and digital strategies, ensuring a strong artistic and innovative dimension in the project.
Consortium and Application Process
The project requires a multinational consortium with at least three partners from different countries. The Slovenian institute will lead the proposal preparation and ensure alignment with the Creative Europe priorities.

Formation of the consortium and agreement on partner roles.
Development of the project proposal, including activities, expected outcomes, and impact strategy.

The Slovenian institute, specialized in art, music and innovation, is looking for an Italian partner with expertise in the following areas:
1. Music Performance and Event Organization
A music association, ensemble, orchestra, or cultural institution with an active roster of musicians and composers. Experience in organizing music festivals, live performances, artistic collaborations, and cultural events. Capacity to manage international artist mobility and host cross-border music projects.
2. Artistic Mobility and Residency Programs
Experience in hosting artist-in-residence programs focused on music and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ability to facilitate exchange programs for musicians, composers, and interdisciplinary artists. Capacity to provide studio space, rehearsal facilities, and mentorship opportunities for international artists.
3. Cultural Business Models and Sustainability
