The Spanish company was born in 1970 and since then, cooperates with several top luxury brands for the manufacturing and prototyping of large and small batches of metallic components, accessories, bijouterie and jewellery such as bracelets, cufflinks, buckles for belts and bags, handles, etc.
Main raw material used by the company is brass, which the company needs for around 95% of its production.
The company is looking for providers of brass without lead in its composition (less than 0,05%) in the following formats:
-Round bars with the following diameters: 6, 8, 10 and 15 mm
-Flat bars with the following diameters: 12 and 16 mm
-Rectangular bars: 10x60 mm, 10x70 mm, 10x80 mm
The estimated quantities per year are around 800 -1.600 kg for each product.
The provided material must comply with the EU regulations of the REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals). For example, the brass materials must not have more than 0,05% of lead in the composition.
The material composition must meet the requirements of the picture attached to this profile.
Regarding the stainless steel bars it must be 316 L (very low carbon content alloy) and quantities are still to be defined.
The company is looking for providers from Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Austria or Benelux countries, of raw brass and stainless steel bars in the requested formats in order to cooperate under supplier agreements. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought
