A UK based SME has been active in the R&D, sales and marketing of PRP and medical devices for about 10 years. They are the inventors and suppliers of three brand new patented and pioneering blood/platelet related products currently sold to some of the most prestigious laboratories and universities and such as Cambridge and Oxford Universities in the UK, Harvard Medical School in the USA, the University of Sydney in Australia, in the fields of haematology, cardiovascular, thrombosis, drug discovery, drug delivery, platelet disorders, haemophilia, rare and chronic diseases and many more.
The SME are entering the market with their new set of products:
1. Portable (battery powered) storage device. Patented and CE-marked device which provides a safe, temperature-controlled environment for platelets, keeping them functional for up to 7 days at room temperature.
2. Sterile ampules to accompany the storage device. Single-use, sterile containers used to store platelets, consisting of a closed system that prevents contamination when filled following aseptic conditions. CE marked as a Class 2a medical device.
3. New patented Collagen-Related Peptide formula (CRP-A). A superior Platelet activator offering batch-to-batch consistency, high purity >99%, high potency to aggregate and activate platelets, PRP, and whole blood, two years stability.
The company is ISO 13485-2016 certified and the storage device is already certified according to MDR (medical device regulation).
Currently, to further broaden international sales of their product range and accessories, the company is looking for distribution partners from the fields of dermatology and aesthetic medicine with a focus on Europe. They search for partners in Denmark, France, Poland, Spain, Sweden and Germany. They are also open to offers from other countries incl. non-EU states in case the partner sought meets their requirements. - Advantages and Innovations

The storage device gently agitates the platelets to mimic their natural movement in the bloodstream. In case of need, the built-in battery also enables easy transportation of samples without the need for a main power supply.

The company is interested in finding distribution partners in Italy, Denmark, France, Poland, Spain, Sweden and Germany for the signature of a distribution agreement. The distribution agreement will grant distribution rights in the set territory and therapeutic field.
