The company offers a full cycle of work on manufacturing press molds and dies, from product design to technological development of the manufacturing process, and also provides consultations at the initial stage of cooperation. The company has its own design and technology department, which allows it to independently design tooling (press molds and dies) of varying degrees of complexity: from small to large; press molds with a cold-channel and hot-channel system, with hydraulic cylinders, press molds with a different number of cavities.
The company offers the production of molds of the following designs:
- Molds with automatic removal of the product;
- Molds with manual removal of the product or with embedded reinforcement;
- Molds with replaceable signs, matrix and punches, which allows using one mold to obtain a larger number of different products, simply by replacing the molding.
Production of injection molds for plastics, aluminum molds, molds for pressing silicones and rubbers, molds for direct pressing of thermosets. If necessary, it is possible to order the production of spare parts for molds, which will make further repairs and maintenance as easy as possible.
The company would like to expand business activities abroad and is offering its services as a subcontractor for various industries such as automotive, machinery, plastics and electric. - Advantages and Innovations
